The third story in the Narcos Mexico series continues telling us the wild story of the corruption, brutality, and sadness of the drug cartels in the 90's.
This season the story gives us perspectives from the cartel leaders and their families and gang members and how they are trying to survive the constant battles with their enemies, the point of view of the US DEA and how they are attempting to work with local government to stop the drug trade, the Mexican news organizations that are working to reveal the corrupt politicians and military and even a really deep storyline about the sad and horrific treatment of young Mexican women that are raped and murdered at a rate that is simply disgusting and unacceptable.
As always this show constantly has you rooting for the bad guys and the cartels. I was definitely rooting for one group over another. However when you see the brutal side of this illegal business you immediately want the police and DEA to win the "drug war".
This show does not disappoint and I totally recommend this and the entire series if you have not seen it yet.
