Friends

It's about time we finally add Friends to the site. Probably the greatest ensemble comedy in TV History! Yes, I said it. 10 years, 235 episodes and still going strong in 2020 and beyond. This cast of six friends, Ross, Chandler, Joey, Monica, Phoebe and Rachel are so good that you can watch any episode right now and still laugh and love it.

Friends is based on a mixed group of friends, one set of siblings and friends of friends all combined to form a unit. This group has hilarious banter at the coffee shop, craziness at the apartment building where 4 of the friends live across the hall from each other and so many scenes at the office, dating, and on and on. They also find a way to add heart and real friendship moments to the show too.

I think the reason this show resonates so well with people of all ages and continues to stand the test of time is they are so relatable. They clearly are real friends and you can tell. Their camaraderie and love for each other is obvious.

Of course like every good show the ongoing storyline of will they or won't they of Ross and Rachel makes for so much great TV. Joey as the stud with a heart, Phoebe the ditsy yet kind of smart too happy go lucky girl, Rachel the hot but also a bit needy girl, Monica the chef and extremely anal retentive clean freak and Chandler the over exaggerating, dramatic friend. It all just works. This show is complete gold
