Quentin Tarantino's 9th film and perhaps his funniest one yet is one that dives into the world of westerns, over emotional actors, and the Manson Family. A world otherwise known as Hollywood.

Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood was a hilarious yet heartfelt love letter to the golden age of Hollywood written by a master. This was one of the funniest films I've seen in a long time.

It follows Rick Dalton(Leonardo DiCaprio) and his stunt double Cliff Booth(Brad Pitt) as they strive to achieve fame and success in the final years of Hollywood's Golden Age.

This film was entertaining, hilarious, and heartwarming. If you're a fan of Tarantino then you will love this film, and if you're not a fan you'll laugh anyway. The film was just oozing with charisma and charm.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt are a one-two punch of comedy gold. Leo brings the perfect level of unhingedness while Brad levels it all out with his laid back coolness. This was Leo's first film since the Revenant back in 2015 where he won his first Oscar, but here he is letting everybody know it won't be his last. He's simply amazing, and Brad Pitt is just as good with this being one of his best performances in years.

This film was just a joyride of entertainment with characters having random conversations that floored me, and there's just so much energy that you can't help but smile throughout. What really set it apart was the actual story. Comedy aside you have a real story about two guys trying to make it in life. Two friends down on their luck and trying to claw their way back. It's a story about friendship, growing up, and unfortunately being forced to grow apart.

Once Upon a Time...In Hollywood was a hilariously heartfelt tale that felt surprisingly real. Tarantino continues to amaze me as this might be his Magnum Opus. Great story, great characters, great score, great acting, perfect writing and directing, and you're left with one of the best comedies of the decade.
