It's Harley Quinn...do I need to say more? There's guns, clowns, egg sandwiches, and a ton of fun to be had.

Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn which is what it was originally called is a fun film. Harley Quinn was one of the best part of Suicide Squad and she is without a doubt the best part of this film. It's so energetic and chaotic, but I loved every second of it.

It follows Harley Quinn after her breakup with the Joker. She is being hunted down by Gotham's most dangerous criminals when she comes across a young girl who is being pursued by Black Mask. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya's paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to survive.

Again Harley Quinn was amazing and she was portrayed beautifully by Margot Robbie, who completely melts into the role. She really could've carried the entire film, but they add a solid story and supporting characters. I really like Black Canary and thought she had the best story out of the birds. She was really the emotional anchor for the film and I thought Jurnee Smollett did a really good job. Ewan McGregor was also great, but when is he not?

Overall it was fun, violent, and gave off a bubblegum esque vibe. Harley Quinn was amazing, and she was easily worth the price of admission. But there's also a genuine story of family and self growth that was really touching. In the end Birds of Prey was a really funny film with some solid action that I really enjoyed.
