Shangri-La

Rick Rubin has an incredible instinct when it comes to music talent that goes beyond the music. Shangri-La dives deep into this unique and special gift that Rubin has and uses at the Shangri-La house in Malibu, California.

Rick Rubin got his start with the Beastie Boys, Def Jam and hip hop in general but as the decades have gone on he has been involved with artists of all kinds and genres. Rick has become more spiritual than ever and uses both instinct and knowledge to inspire artists coming up and still going strong alike.

This show, named Shangri-La after a famous home that Rick owns that used to be the place of many iconic music moments since the 60's gives us some history and also current points of view from Rick Rubin himself.
