Nothing is ever easy when it comes to your family. This southern California based show centers arounds brothers and their mom and the family business.

Ellen Barkin, the mom, known as Smurf is the leader of her children and their entire lives filled with sex, drugs and a whole lot of crime. This show also stars Felicity's Scott Speedman and a cast of lesser known but really great actors and actresses.

The storylines for each brother separately are really strong and then when they get together to either fight or run a job it's always fun and fireworks! As a viewer you enjoy the scams and the relationships but you are always moving around with who you are rooting for or against in this crazy family.

Animal Kingdom uses a successful show style along the lines of Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, Kingdom, Bloodline and many shows like those. It's totally worth the watch. You will enjoy this one.
