The complexity of the British Monarchy is fascinating and full of drama and intrigue. The Crown takes us from moments right before Queen Elizabeth becomes queen and continues on from there.

This show is amazingly done with an approach to fiction / non fiction that tells us the story of British Monarchy, Politics and history from the perspective of the Queen and everyone around her. The Crown helps us understand so much more of Prince Phillip's journey in life, Princess Margaret, Prince Charles, and many others.

The interactions between the Queen and Churchill and all the Prime Ministers that followed him are incredible. This show is the best possible history lesson and has given me an all new perspective on royalty.
