A little change of pace here, let's do a movie. So, I just finished Star Wars IX:  The Rise of Skywalker with my son. We have now completed all the Star Wars episodes over the last few years (even Clone Wars on Disney). Rise of Skywalker did not disappoint one bit. Tons of action scene's amazing technology, cool ships, guns, and battle scenes. The common Star Wars theme of good vs. evil and the Force vs. the Dark Side were strong in this movie.

The moment I saw the first billboard for this show I knew it was for me. As a child of the 80's this show hits everything that my family and everyone I know did during that time period. The show is written and created by Adam Goldberg and tells a version of his life as a kid growing up in the suburbs of the 1980's.

The Office will most definitely go down in the Hall of Fame, maybe even Mt. Rushmore of TV comedies ever made. Based off of Rickey Gervais British version of the same name this show added it's own US twist and what we got was pure gold. The list of actors on this when it started was for the most part a group of unknown people. Now, they are all HUGE in film, TV, stand up, directing, writing, and much more. It's incredible.

Natasha Lyonne plays Nadia, a woman stuck repeating the same night over and over, ultimately ending in her death at the end of each night. This quirky series has hints of Groundhog Day, but with a darker and more head-scratching themes.

California as the beautiful backdrop, Jen discovers her new friend has secrets that will shock

every viewer.

This show is a unique blend of comedy but also with some deep meaning and stories that change every week.  The show is centered (sort of) around “TheGuy” (Ben Sinclair) who delivers pot to people all over NYC; aka the weed deliveryman.

One of those classic one-hour family dramas with a strong ensemble lead by non-other than Tom Selleck, Magnum PI or maybe now better known today as Monica’s older boyfriend on Friends. A police drama with both action and deep storylines.

Bill Hader and Henry Winkler star in Barry, a gripping, funny and dark dramedy currently streaming on Netflix. It is as unpredictable as it is addicting.

Scandal rips through America’s favorite morning show, andthe powerhouse employees must learn to navigate their careers. With an all-starcast including Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell the amountof drama this show packs into 10 episodes is worth the watch.

Dorothy is devastated after the loss of her infant son,Jericho. Her husband and family will do anything to bring her back to life, including a psychiatric tactic that turns their lives upside down.
